The Lycoming County Historical Society is pleased to welcome James F. Campbell to the Board of Governors. Jim was elected to the position at the Society's annual meeting in early May 2019.
Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Board. Most recently, he led Hope Enterprises as President and CEO for over 17 years through a period of significant growth and innovation. Jim has also worked in education as a teacher, Supervisor of Special Education at Williamsport School District and Director of Student Services at IU #17.
His educational background includes a bachelor of science degree, masters degree in education and doctorate of education degree.
As a volunteer, Jim has worked with the Lycoming County United Way as campaign chair and cabinet member.
The Board of Governors looks forward to having Jim Campbell join in its mission to preserve the heritage of Lycoming County.
